Motorcycle Donations to Salute Veterans Inc., a Veteran-Founded 501(c)(3)
MotorcycleDonations.org is operated by Salute Veterans Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The bikes that come to us tell a lot of different stories — the cruiser that hasn't been ridden since a back surgery, the sport bike a son outgrew, the touring bike that belonged to a veteran who passed, the project that never got finished. We accept them all, and we also accept cars, trucks, boats, and RVs. Whatever the vehicle, the proceeds fund veteran employment programs, transition support, and the free resources we operate for the veteran community.
Service ends, but the transition doesn't. Veterans often come home to a system that's hard to navigate even with help — different agencies, different eligibility rules, different timelines, different paperwork for benefits they earned. Combine that with the practical pressure of finding work, finding housing, finding healthcare, and finding stability, and the gap between needing help and finding it can stretch for years. Cutting that gap is what our programs are built to do.
After your motorcycle moves through auction, the remaining proceeds — net of towing, transport, and auction fees — go to Salute Veterans Inc. We put those funds toward veteran employment initiatives, transition support, and the operation of VeteransDirectory.org — a free, public directory of nearly 2,000 veteran resources spanning housing, mental health, legal aid, jobs, education, and more. The directory exists to make sure no veteran ever runs out of options because they couldn't find the right door. The bike you no longer ride helps keep that door open.
